When we think about a problem it activates our fight/flight or freeze response in the Amygdala.
Tapping on the negativity with selected statements reduces the intensity of the energy blocks in the meridians and disrupts the distorted thinking.
Then we switch to positive statements when you feel you are in a more neutral position.
